#3614, "Problem with autosplitting"

I have an AVI file ( 12 GB, captured elsewhere), that I'd love to split...

If I use this syntax

dvgrab -autosplit -I input.avi testing-

it splits everything into really small files (no errors or warnings)...

If I try to do it via Kino, it just gives me one large file, and no splitting...

I'm using Ubuntu 9.10, with dvgrab 3.4... I have also compiled dvgrab 3.5 from source, and get the same thing...

Any ideas?

Thanks!

dvgrab can not read AVI for an input file, only raw DV.
In Kino, you must use Export > DV File, not Other. Then, you must set the Frames or Max Size to something other than 0.
